RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND WARRANTIES
RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns of products due to manufacturer defects only. We ensure the standard products we sell are complete and free from defective materials and workmanship. We inspect each product to make sure all components are present prior to shipping. However, if a product is determined defective due to manufacturer defects, Grayman USA must be notified within 72 hours and a return/exchange must be made within 10 days of receipt. We expedite any return/exchange if the product was not modified or disassembled in any way that voids the factory warranty. Please contact us at info@graymanusa.com for an RMA number prior to returning any items.
Any order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The sale of any custom rifle or special order items are final at the time of transfer. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom rifles or special order items.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All new standard products ship with a full manufacturer warranty. Any warranty claims must be processed through the original manufacturer.
Grayman USA’s custom rifles come with a limited warranty from the date of purchase to the original buyer. This does not include damage due to normal wear, change out of original parts, improper maintenance, damage due to use of improper ammunition, unreasonable use or abuse, carelessness, installation by unqualified personnel, or user modification.
NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT (NFA) ITEMS
All NFA item sales are final, no refunds will be allowed after Grayman USA orders the NFA items and the Form 3 is submitted. All NFA items are subject to ATF approval and processing timelines. Grayman USA files all customer completed and required ATF application paperwork at the time of order. However, once submitted, products are held until ATF Form approval and a tax stamp issuance. ATF processing timelines vary. Current ATF processing timelines as of June 2016 are posted on the ATF website. Under no circumstances will NFA items be released prior to final ATF approval. Any delays in ATF processing due to customer errors on submitted paperwork may cause further delay in ATF approval times.
Grayman USA will NOT ship any prohibited parts or non-compliant firearms to the following states:

No AR/M16/M4 specific parts will be shipped to the state of Connecticut. All such orders will be cancelled.

Stripped Lower Receivers will NOT be shipped to: Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts

Complete Lower Receivers will NOT be shipped to: Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York

Non-Compliant Firearms will NOT be shipped to: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York
